Great colleagues but overwhelming workload and limited PTO coverage - Social Media Coordinator bei DAC: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The workload was too much at times, resulting in working longer hours despite being salaried. Coverage for PTO was also very limited and would cause many employees to stress about returning to work during their time off. The micromanaging got worse throughout my time there. It was much better when I first started there.
