- In my experience, communication in the workplace could often feel tense, with raised voices being more common than I expected, which some might view as unprofessional and unpleasant
- Team morale can be affected by communication styles that some employees may find demotivating, frustrating and sometimes even leaving them feeling undervalued and unheard
- Low employee benefits compared to market - okay pay, no WFH
- Not working with modern/popular tech stack and focuses more on domain knowledge hence I think not much opportunities to grow technical knowledge
