      This company feels like a family. Many employees have been here 10+ years, and have a great deal of experience. The pay and benefits (aside from PTO) are excellent!

      Very limited time off, with only 6 weekend days per year as an employee with less than 2 years time off.

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.
