Pros
I've worked here for several years and undergone several management changes. All feedback has been shared with management & HR previously and appears to have since gone into the void. General advice, run. - Previously a great place to work with an incredible culture. - Remote positions - Wonderful team members
Kontras
- The excitement of coming to work has vanished since the most recent changes in management. - Unfair PTO policy changes due to high turnover. - Too busy for an opportunity to take any PTO, let alone a break to drink a glass of water - Promised promotions forgotten; L1s moved to hourly for extra shift coverage instead of hiring new employees. - Low pay for U.S employees - Workday extended by 30 minutes as new management considers lunch breaks during the already 10 hour workday to be "taking advantage” of the company. - SOC schedule created without team input, leaving us understaffed during peak times. - External hires favored over internal promotions; poor communication about open positions. - Crucial analysts fired and replaced by inexperienced leaders who do not assist general workflow in any way, shape, or form. - No time for training due to workload/schedule structure - Toxic culture that rejects constructive feedback. They only want to hear positive feedback, anything less will be ignored. - Management speaks negatively about team members from specific regions. - Management blames continued issues on previous employees rather than taking accountability. - Clients are misled about monitoring; there are significant unmonitored periods. - Barely functioning portal that makes an already impossible workday even harder. - Extremely overworked teams with no light at the end of the tunnel or path to promotion. - The company reeks of nepotism. - Continuous mergers
