VP likes to micromanage, if you work to the bone, it doesn't seem to matter because they'll just fire you if you question their loyalty

CCS has supportive colleagues, the dress code is relaxed (except when client facing), managers and higher ups are open to discussions and make themselves available, and communication is generally good.
Kontras
Not a lot of room for upward mobility, employee insurance is expensive, vacation policy (no rollover allowed, start at 2 weeks, max 4 weeks for any employee regardless of length of tenure).
