Stupid ethics and policy training each month CEO is chasing another product while neglecting people/ product which is current bread winner for organisation. Pune MD is bit old and from commerce background. Doesn’t invest in tech and tools. Gets easily angry for minute things. Like he scolded people who put photo of themselves in front of company logo on linkedin ( which is normal i guess many people do) and people who joined late in meeting in front of everyone. Appraisal has been poor for two years. Dry promotions are done. There is hesitancy to use new services/ tools.
