No clear strategy for client handling. Priority is given to whichever is complaining the loudest. Promises often made to clients that cannot be kept. Strong culture of overworking. It is impossible to keep up without working beyond regular hours. The coding of the main software being sold is very poor quality, receives very few bugfixes and isn't documented. The main documents I work from are not maintained. Common for senior management to shout in the office. I have seen other supervisors verbally berate subordinates. Office is usually empty and underutilized. Limited opportunity to meet colleagues. HR department completely remote.
