Pros
In this organization, the only pros are the flexibility in office timings. Other than that, this organization is not also meant for any fresher.
Kontras
There were countless cons for this company: - Management is worst in this organization they don't even bother about the problems of the employees. - The clients were very nasty to the employees and they don't even know how to talk with the female employees. - Non-cooperative managers, they shout as if they were sitting in their house. Managers should learn how to talk or speak to the employees every time shouting on the floor as we were the slaves, not the employees. - There is not one hierarchy to follow on the management level, if we were facing any issue we don't know to whom we have to report. - If there would not be a working pressure they will make you pressurize by pinpointing every time. - No canteens and washrooms were yuck. A non-hygienic place, not even the water dispenser is clean. - Playing politics is their favorite game whether it would be on the lower level people or on the higher level. - Good place to see the daily soaps here for the entertainment with lots of enjoyment. Note: I will recommend to the fresher or the experienced not to join this organization if you want to follow your dreams or aims. So, last saying from my end "BE A LEADER NOT A BOSS" hope so it is clear.
