The experience is good and work is busy but not too difficult.

Pay isn’t great and certain shifts were to small and was straining on staff. Lab closed and felt more could be done to accommidate employees

Creative Testing Solutions did make the difficult decision to close its Austin laboratory at the end of 2025. We announced this decision in April to provide as much time as possible for our staff to pursue other avenues for work, including internally with our other facilities. CTS is also committed to a competitive compensation and benefit package.

Pros

Great place to get experience out of college. A good transition company. Open to rehiring.

Kontras

Many changes in a short period of time that sometimes dont benefit anyone. Management goes through phases of micromanaging. Raises, bonuses, rewards don't happen. Inflation adjustment is basically all you get. High turnover rate Management has favorites and are sometimes quick to fire.
