Zero job satisfaction, completely ignore any emails or conversations regarding targets that are not achievable or out of the individuals control, no attention to detail, and often do not want to hear the truth from the people who are doing the job on a daily basis, I worked for cosine for 10 years and for the first 6 years I did enjoy my job, we actually achieved something which gave me job satisfaction, then the last 4 years I can honestly say we’ve achieved nothing to the point I decided I needed another job that wasn’t just ticking boxes. If cosine are your only option to earn money then go for it! but please don’t leave a job to join cosine, everything is a minimum, holidays, sick pay etc they say they have company values but unfortunately they never seemed to be put into play.
