      Over working employees, is apart of the culture for this company. They want you to work 24/7 around the clock, but don’t want you to actually charge for those hours.

      Pros

      Learned a great deal about laboratory analysis and equipment. Health insurance was adequate.

      Pay was far below what analysts at the competition were making. Raises were far and few, overtime was encouraged instead. Incentive to stay was low.
