Used Coople for around 3 years as extra money alongside my FT job, and went FT when I was between jobs. Had a great experience, great variety of roles. Decent pay for most of them. Quick response and follow up when I had a problem with a shift.

Very poor treatment of workers when they left the UK market just before Xmas - giving their 500,000 UK workers less than 3 weeks notice. They didn’t pair with other agencies to at least help us transfer to other agencies. On the day they announced it, the managers at the very large, very busy London hotel we were working at that day had no clue until we told them. It came across as a sudden decision. But just a brief glance at their financials on Companies House makes it very clear this was inevitable, and they knew a year in advance.
