Beyond that, however, is a work environment where people are friendly, supportive and motivated. Similarly, work-life balance is great. You definitely work hard here, but the focus is on working efficiently and not simply 'hours spent at a desk.' Interestingly, the great culture here is the product of just a few simple traits. People listen to one another and trust one another. Everyone's voice is heard, and people are naturally motivated to perform their best to support their peers.
