Be careful with their offer. You never know the salary they offer you is based on 44 hours of working weekly until the first day when you sign paper works. I got group insurance after 1 year of working with them and this is by asking for many times. No bonus at all. They will ask you to use your own vehicle for transporting fasteners & carbon steels. Virbal absuing and bulling from the company owner is a serious problem. You will agree with me if you accept their offer and work with them for serval weeks. Turn over rate is very high.(5 employees come and go in 2 years).

No pros that one can think of.

Beware, if you want to suck up and j*** off management this company is for you. If you are a self respecting human avoid these human garbage and look for work elsewhere.
