The checks don't bounce and OT is always available. (Field employee ) Company events are enjoyable. Health benefits are really good. Great resume booster via NYC work exposure.
Kontras
Too much nepotism and favoritism. Merit is not rewarded. Last names are important here. Poor middle to upper management. The company design is that of a sweatshop but for surveying. Poor planning and unrealistic expectations are set on individuals. Fear is utilized to keep Sr employees in check. Basically, if the idea didn't come from the Top it will not be considered regardless of how much they say "give us feedback." Lots of fluff and chest pumping for a company that's losing clients due to overcharging and mismanagement. Did I mention scandals? Yeah, there is that too. Make sure you get what you paid for. They might just bill you for months and no work was actually done. In most parts of the world an individual would be fired for such an offense.
