There's certainly pros and cons to corporate needing the final word on marketing, assisting with legal matters, providing tech support, etc.

- Owner of company would send out emails, and would mention politics for no reason, put both political parties in the emails as not to make it look one-sided - Conducted layoffs with vague email, leaving people scrambling - Laid people off then proceeded to acquire other companies. - The owner will probably see this and send out a company wide email negating the cons.
