Pros
I've been working at Container Management for a few months now. The people are the best thing about the company. The CEO, who works 10 yards away, down to the people I share a room with are all wonderful people to be around. This really makes the day, no matter what kind of stress you have to deal with, much easier to get through. Working with people you truly enjoy really makes you want to get up and go to work in the morning. The culture of the place is amazing, they really take care of you and want you to be happy here. They keep a kitchen stocked with whatever you put on the weekly grocery list. The benefits are paid for by the company, and the amount of PTO offered is extremely generous. When I took the job and started training I wasn't sure this job was a fit for me, it seemed very different and daunting. But the operations manager put me through a long and rigorous training program before releasing me to wild, so to speak. This gave me the confidence that I would be of help to my coworkers instead of being a burden.
Kontras
There's a lot to learn, because who's ever managed containers before? The job can be a touch hectic at times. You have to be able to deal with many things at once. Nothing that can't be handled with the right attitude and a proper amount of training.
