Discriminative company - Systems Analyst bei ConocoPhillips: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've worked with at few different teams and managers and teams in this company: 1- Management are very discriminative. Basically if you are not WHITE, it will take you forever to grow and advance in this company. 2- Company culture is not fun at all. Employees are keeping to themselves. very conservative. 3- training opportunity is very limited.
