We are puzzled by your comments surrounding management’s unwillingness to listen to employees’ concerns and that training is not sufficient. The majority of assessments on Glassdoor reflect that our training program is well regarded. Our management team receives its fair share of favorable remarks. If you have specific training needs that would enhance your skillset and/ or your customer interactions, please broach the subject with your manager. If you feel management is remiss in listening to your feedback, please engage your HR Business Partner. Honest feedback is very much appreciated at Connection.
