1. Managers change frequently. 2. They act as if they want to fix or improve things but then ostracize you for making suggestions. 3. They pigeon hole people who are qualified to do bigger and better things. 4. Lots of drama and lazy people. 5. People may shoot down your ideas or suggestions and then steal them. I.e. pretend that they were their ideas and not yours. 6. You'll definitely hear about what you did wrong, but never be given credit for what you did great. 7. Treats employees as expendable.
