      For the most part is a stable job, you have access to a company learning platform and at least in my experience there tends to be a lot of dead time, good for studying...

      The salary is low in comparison with other companies, I tried to apply to a internal position and to get a career development plant. The career development guy got promoted and I did not hear back from him. The interviewing manager never provided feedback, or a rejection email for that matter...

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
