Pay - Is below market rate and merit or COL increases were never seen in the eight years I worked there even though we were promised increases by Compucom management at the director level. When I was asked to take on more leadership that would have increased my direct reports by 2X and systems supported by 100X I was offered a 4% increase and no more. Job related training - Unless you are a proponent of the "Sink or swim" method of training then I was never given any from Compucom. What I learned about my position I got via OJT or trail & error. Management support - I had support from my direct supervisor but that was it. Human resources - Frequently provided erroneous info regarding pay policies. Benefits - Were paid for by the employee and not considered part of the compensation.
