      $500 training budget, 401k matching, other benefits are reasonable.

      Kontras

      No help with regards to finding new contract, no "perk" offered for finding new business for them. Little or no communication with project manager.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Kontras

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
