Great team environment, travel staff and licensing staff support recruiters and
milestone program to make higher income during on-boarding. Hands on as far as sales goes, with account management and monitoring physicians' assignments (and extensions).

High pressure sales environment, sales cycle is very long process where multiple hands touch a single file till its completion which poses risks at those various junctures.
Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard.
It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
