Sometimes you don’t always get the best patients

Patients are great. In house lab. Lots of services available. Health homes is so excellent! Most of the staff are wonderful. The PrEP team is amazing and such a valuable resource. The front desk staff is top notch and they are always on top of one million different things.

Poor onboarding. Too many responsibilities (labs, forms, refills) and dedicated time to complete is not guaranteed. If you don’t go through the fellowship program you are not supported and are held to a higher standard.
