I had been working in Comms8 for over 1 year. I would like to recommend it to the people who are looking for a position in the marketing industry. - It focuses on cross-border marketing, it has an office in the UK, HK and Mainland China. So you will have a lot of chance to know different brands from both Asia and Europe. - It is professional and efficient. If you want to build up a career in marketing, You can really learn and improve yourself here. Especially, you will have many chances to learn different types of media channels, marketing strategies and marketplaces. -It has a nice and supportive team. If you look for a warm and smart team environment, this is the right place. It also cares about people’s feedback to the company. -Comms8 offers a lot of training opportunities, for instance, the courses from IPA, from PCA, etc. It encourages people to study and grow.

I worked with this company as a full-time independent contractor. After completing the agreed scope of work and issuing a proper invoice, payment was not made as agreed. Multiple follow-ups were required, and the issue remained unresolved for an extended period. This raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability in honoring payment obligations to contractors. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and ethics.

Dear reviewer, We take allegations of this nature seriously, but we do not consider this review to accurately reflect the circumstances of the engagement. Our records show that the engagement lasted only two working days and was ended by the individual’s own decision at a very early stage, shortly after onboarding had begun and before the role had the opportunity to progress into meaningful delivery. We also believe it is important to distinguish between a completed long-term contractor engagement and an engagement that ended voluntarily after two working days during the onboarding stage. As with all contractor engagements, any payment due is reviewed in line with the agreed service terms, actual days worked, notice arrangements, handover requirements, and completion of any outstanding administrative obligations. We do not discuss individual contractual matters in detail on a public platform, but we believe such matters are best handled directly and professionally through the appropriate communication channels. We regret that this matter has been presented publicly in this way, particularly given the limited duration of the engagement and the early-stage nature of the working relationship. Comms8 remains committed to fair, consistent, and professional processes for all contractors and team members, regardless of the length of engagement. Thank you.
