This was the first place that called after I was laid off from my last job , so I decided to try it . The work wasn't hard but regretted it with in the first few weeks due to management .

Very big buddy system in place . If it appears that you may know more than the original employees ,that's in the buddy system , they will do everything to get you terminate or fired before your probation is up . The planning of jobs and time keeping are done very poorly . I was told I had to buy my safety equipment and some of the consumables to do the jobs .
