Pros

ComPsych gave raises when other companies were laying people off. Since ComPsych is always growing and developing new products, there are lots of ways to be promoted or move to different areas. I know a lot of people complain about the benefits, but I think they're really competitive and a great package as a whole. If you want to work hard and are passionate about your job, then look into a job at ComPsych. The managers are great and really care about their employees.

Kontras

One of the downsides of working at ComPsych is the turnover. But I think that's due somewhat to the fact that a lot of younger people are hired. They leave thinking that there are better companies and jobs out there.

Pros

I have been working at Compsych for about 3 years now and i can say i really enjoy working there. Everyone is super supportive whenever i need assistance on something. Our new office is just an icing on the cake. I like working with my team and my manager is very supportive which makes me enjoy coming to work everyday.
