      Pros

      The best combination of an incredible mission to improve the health and lives of others with an amazingly talented, collaborative, and thoughtful team. Colleagues are genuinely happy to be at work, and they are there for the right reasons. In addition, the company and exec team is by far the most transparent I have been around when it comes to business metrics, future products, and long-term vision. Good ideas are heard and executive on no matter where you stand in the company. Even while growing, the company is maintaining the foundational culture it started with and that is an enormous positive.

      Insgesamt habe ich meine Zeit wirklich genossen. Das Personal war großartig, die Mission war spannend und die persönliche/berufliche Entwicklung wurde gefördert und unterstützt.

      The people you work with are the greatest people. They are so kind and will help you out.

      This has been the worst company I ever worked for. Management will tell you "You are doing great!" but then turn around and say you are not meeting expectations. Leadership has no clue what they are doing and continues to blame the little people at the bottom. Its sad that the only conversation the people who are working there is talking about all the layoffs that has happened in the last five years. You do the work of five people and compensated like you work retail at 17 dollars an hour. The CEO is clueless. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Please stay away from this company.
