Pros

Exposure to fintech and cryptocurrency. Learning more than just the basic. Base salary wasn't bad. There are performance based bonuses too.

Kontras

Disconnected management. No one asks employees what they need and makes sure they're happy. Unhappy employees. Because management doesn't are. We're overworked and still management continues to assign us more work to do. Not everyone is treated equally. The favoritism is just too obvious. Lowest employee morale. Due to preferential treatment. Highest employee turnover. Employees quit only after a few months working here. Toxic work culture. That's to describe the company overall.

Pros

There are genuinely good and talented people who are trying their best in a difficult environment.

Kontras

The clearest reflection of the culture came after I was terminated — several former coworkers congratulated me because they viewed leaving the company as a positive outcome. That reaction alone said a lot about employee morale and the overall environment. What started as a great opportunity eventually deteriorated into constant stress, disorganization, unrealistic expectations, and a culture driven more by pressure than support. There appeared to be a major disconnect between leadership and the realities employees were dealing with daily. Instead of creating stability or supporting teams through problems, management often derailed priorities on a whim, creating confusion and unnecessary pressure across teams. Morale consistently felt fragile due to reduced benefits, ongoing uncertainty around bonuses and raises regardless of performance, and repeated layoffs that made employees feel disposable rather than valued. The turnover became difficult to ignore, and many departments felt stuck in a constant cycle of instability.
