      Full of politics Even if they offer me vice president role I would not take it up. Purely Manager oriented company, can see why the attrition rate is so high. Company is sinking ship with only useless managers who doesn't value good developers even

      -nice place to start -good benefits -flexible with projects and managers

      -the couching is not very good -demanding trainings as all the other consultancies -doesn't feel like you are working for cognizant, it feels like you are an external in another company being paid by cognizant
