      - Para un trainee esta bien como primer empleo - Como el nivel de codigo y arquitectura de software es bastante malo, es una buena oportunidad para aprender y rehacer.

      - No son claros con las condiciones de contratación, en mi caso me avisaron que era para trabajar como monotributista el primer dia de empleo. - Los salarios son poco competitivos. - Se pasan por alto muchos comentarios misoginos y homofobicos, lo que genera un ambiente bastante incomodo - Las normas ISO que mencionan son solo a modo de titulo, de los 10 puntos de la 9001:2015 solo cumplen con 2 o 3 con toda la furia. - Se le pide al personal de rrhh que deje buenos comentarios en esta y otras paginas para tapar los malos comentarios - No hay beneficios reales, solo descuentos de 25% 30% en algunos locales que son los mismos descuentos que ofrecen en sus propios sitios web - Alta rotación constante, se van equipos enteros de un dia para otro de todas las areas, desde devs hasta rrhh - No proveen de ninguna herramienta de trabajo

      Pros

      Working at Coderio has been a great experience over the past two years. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to work with large clients and be involved in interesting, technically challenging projects. The environment also encourages professional growth, giving developers the chance to expand their skills and take on new responsibilities as they progress.

      Communication between teams could sometimes be improved to make collaboration smoother across projects.

      My experience at Coderio was excellent. The company truly values teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning. I always felt supported by my leader and encouraged to share ideas and take on new challenges.

      The pace can be intense at times, especially during large-scale projects. But it also comes with the opportunity to learn a lot and be part of exciting initiatives.
