- CEO is not operationally involved in the business and has had a track record of hiring bad leaders that have either (a) quit/gotten fired or (b) are actively running the business into the ground (Product)
- Company has no coherent strategy on how to grow and PMs/managers are inept
- Terrible HR track record - not firing soon enough, promoting the wrong people, pushing out people who were good, not promoting people due to stupid made-up rules, etc.
- Extremely limited growth opportunities for people who already know the basics of their function.
