      Pros

      Management team are incredibly supportive. There is huge focus on culture throuhout the company and making sure mental health for freelancers is high. It's a premium solution so the hourly pay is very good.

      When few projects come in, it can become very difficult and annoying to secure business.

      Pros

      Excellent contract web developers, decent partners, decent clients, okay product. Really good concept that has a lot of potential. The PTO policy for staff is fair.
