Nice office and some of the people are great. They don't promote people.

One of the directors was a bully to the junior members of the team, hope that has changed now.

Free fruit and pastries occasionally, nice offices close to Waterloo.

Very close to no on-boarding, virtually ignored by “colleagues”, everyone in their own little bubbles, low morale, high stress and staff turnover, absolute lack of clarity and vision around expectations and goals, sink or swim! OK product but it has a million bugs and continual issues which just have plasters put on them. Management not interested in fixing it or making improvements, just desperately trying to stop clients leaving.
