Pay is pathetic and the role is not as described. The expectations from ownership is to sell, and promote with no direction, no marketing, no support and no focus on the programming. Pricing is out of touch with what the education model is, STEM is provided in all of Utah schools. The "sensai's" they hire are children who are less interested in working with children than anyone I have ever seen. Parents are discouraged from being involved which immediately turns prospects off. Management and resources are not well defined. Very poor communication, no KPI's, no standardization, no resources for success, and no training is provided.
