- Working towards increasing women's representation in the tech industry is deeply rewarding, it was a dream of mine to work at CFG as it aligns so well with my values and dream to help women & non-binary people achieve equality in the tech world - I love collaborating with intelligent, compassionate, and encouraging colleagues who foster a positive work environment - As CFG grows and continues to perform well, they are investing this back into their employees through learning opportunities etc - It's super FUN working at CFG!! No two days are the same - I've worked in toxic environments before and I can wholeheartedly say that CFG is not that. There's something about working with a bunch of really intelligent people who care deeply about the work we are doing that removes all of the toxicity and allows us to have fun and focus on what matter! - I noticed the pay is better than other jobs of a similar level when I applied and similar jobs that I have been approached for since working here - Great new office space reflective of the growth and success of the company! - Huge focus on work life balance and flexible working conditions - Great understanding and support offered for mental health, physical health (e.g. endometriosis) and neurodiversity

It would be great to have more employee benefits e.g. health insurance (appreciate this is difficult for a smaller company though) I have heard there are some new employee benefits in the pipeline
