Pros

If you begin by letting upper management know your intent is to move up and you do your job, you can advance quickly. (As positions become available)

Kontras

Lack of communication from top down. Most in management wanted to be top dog and worked independently instead of coming together as a cohesive team. Lots of jealousy and backstabbing! Seemed like an all male version of mean girls instead of a management team.

- the work is easy -work from home - incentives -bonuses -benefits -PTO - the trainer Kearston is wonderful! She makes sure you understand everything before you hit the floor.
