Minimal. Business Casual Dress Code. Some trainers very helpful others not so much. Some good managers that are helpful and knowledgeable but not most.

Not a family friendly work environment at all. Managers talk about employees negatively on the floor in front of other employees and it is a very negative environment. No room to make any money as the files u get no one ever answers or it’s the wrong number.
