Management does not get along with one another as well as their direct reports. Instead of inspiring their employees to excel in their line of work, they lead by fear-mongering tactics and pit employees against one another. Managers have often talked down on their employees and failed to execute on value added partner solutions. Although they say they have an open door policy, suggestions and concerns have all too often been overlooked.
