Great benefits, customisable pension, top level health package, well being days, no call Fridays, regular get togethers, free coffee (a necessity for me), gym membership concessions and more.
Kontras
Career progression options become scarcer, the higher up the ladder you go. But that is to be expected in an approx. 250 employee size company. C-Level do not always prioritise funding to expand the "non-money generating" teams.
