Mixed feelings about the time there - wonderful colleagues, less wonderful management - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Clear: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Strangely, I think some of the more negative reviews on the site here have disappeared. I remember reading some of them in 2023 (incidentally, one of the reviews I read then also observed other missing reviews) - not sure what happened to them. Clear tries to stay future-focused, but it was one of the most old-fashioned places I worked. There was a lack of flexibility in working styles, long hours, and high turnover. They also struggled with seeing leavers as an inevitable part of agency life, often taking it personally. It's nothing game-changing, but it's something I hope to address.
