Management does not have a plan when hiring. The CTO is very temperamental and brings down morale of the team. There is no onboarding process and no accountability from management. They expect employees to come out of pocket for resources needed for the job without compensation.

You get to do a lot of different things and can learn a lot in a short period of time. It is a great space - robotics and ability to help the environment.
