Pros

Good core group of people in Pittsburgh office; a hard-working group that provides good customer service. Good benefits including a profit-sharing plan. There is some opportunity for travel, including international. I probably stayed at this job for a year too long, but it was a good first job out of college. I gained alot of useful business experience, as well as experience interacting with people from around the world.

Kontras

Family run company, with the nepotism you'd expect. Extremely limited professional growth. Most of the jobs are dead-end call center positions. Salary increases were kind of a joke - 1-2% for exceptional performers.

Very limited opportunities for growth/change; they'll keep you where you start as long as possible and try to make you do jobs that aren't in your job description becuase of short-staffing
