Company is concerned about one thing when it comes to their employees: "how much money can you make before you break". The effort-based performance metrics for this company change for the sales team on a weekly basis. Close to no support for regional offices. The company culture creates a power struggle between sales and operations. These tensions almost always end up hurting the customer in some way. Company preaches about their "97% on-time delivery", yet in my time with the company, we missed about half of our deliveries appointments any given week. This company wants to create the perception that they care about the longevity of their employees but once you're there for more than 6 months, you can see right through the fakeness.
