Compensation could be a lot better to the employees compared to the revenue they bring in towards the company. They do not do much recognition for hard work. Most of the time they just tell you “thank you, keep up the hard work”. It’s depressing to see how much money you bring in compared to what you are given for hard work. There does not seem like there are many paths for advancement or promotions. Many management positions are hired externally.
