Absolute lack of leadership especially from foreign HOD (Stuart). He consists of NO management skills. This results in poor decision-making when employing staff and overall management of existing staff. He makes decisions based on emotion and if you are not in his good books, he'll be dismissive and has no issue elaborating on personal issues. Favoritism is a BIG thing there. He'll go back on promises made (make sure to have everything on paper). Staff morale is low, resulting in staff turning against one another. Office politics is another big problem that is never addressed. HOD will tell you what you want to hear and shy from fixing anything.
