Pay, benefits, work from home, people. All great. No micromanagement or toxic environments. You can bring your problems up and they will help you resolve them. Traveling is a bonus if you accept those projects. It’s very team oriented, asking questions is encouraged.

Sometimes you’re working over your 40hrs a week, but I enjoy what I do.

This company offers great benefits and is a family friendly atmosphere. The owners are great people who truly look out for their staff. There are multiple staff functions per year and they even recognize staff for their accomplishments (something a lot of larger companies fail to do; so it was a nice change). This is a truly exceptional company to work for.

I haven't come across any cons; this is typically unusual. But I have to say I really love my job and what the company has provided since I started.
