It's a job. You get paid.

Extreme favoritism and little to no support. You will get in trouble if you ask for help. You are given too many kids to show any of them the love and patience they deserve. If the director likes you, you can get away with listening to videos on bluetooth headphones all day while you lift two year olds BY ONE ARM. If she doesn't, you won't have a good time.
