Pros

Lots of new challenges and the company has started to get its act together. Some very great people to work with who collaborate. Work from home works well. Not a bad place to work but it does require a lot of work/life balance sacrifice it feels like. Great chief and exec team who are open to making things work and turn the company around

Revolving door of staff, good talent leaving the company for more pay and the promise of greener pastures. Product is showing it’s age, it’s slow and is leagues behind in technology and has an identity crisis going from just an asset management tool to an ‘everything’ tool, jack of all trades, master of none. There’s always fires caused by it, never any stability it just always seems like there’s escalations every day with no way out. This feels like it’s caused by a mix of bad decision making, lack of product knowledge, hiring the wrong people and the decades of bespoke features added in. Feels like the ‘yes men’ culture is still present which is just adding more problems all the time. Teams are overstretched, tired and losing talent meaning they’re always replacing then training then replacing again

Pros

Chevin has been in the fleet management space for over 3 decades and offers a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise. Brought on some key employees in the past year to grow the company, execute a new strategic plan and implement new processes. Fabulous support from management on my strategic initiatives. Recently enhanced benefits based on employee feedback. Lots of opportunity to help execute the vision and grow within the company.

Kontras

Can't get the needed resources in the door quick enough to fill gaps and execute the long term strategy. Chevin needs to make further investment in people and technology in order to move forward and succeed. Some changes can take longer than desired to implement.
